Claudia came to me after having several trials and not finding just the "right" look for her wedding day. Her wedding would take place in Mexico on Cinco de Mayo (May 5th) and I was already booked!

Fortunately, my very good friend and wedding photographer extraordinare
Gene Higa convinced her to take one of my DIY makeup classes! She was such a good student! As you can see in the picture, she did such a great job on her wedding day.

The three hour class consist on DIY day-to-night looks and every step is captured in step-by-step booklet illustrated with pictures of yourself.

Felicidades Claudia! You make me so proud!

Classic Elegance...

Laura is simply an old soul in a young body...
She had elegance and class. Her hair & makeup is classic, simple, and timeless.
Her wedding took place at the beautiful Nestldown in the Santa Cruz mountains.
I also got to work again with one of my favorite photographers, Todd Rafalovich. Every time I work with Todd I learn something new... It is amazing to see him work, he's definitely passionate about his art.

A Beautiful Melody...

Melody is so gorgeous! She was also my "2007 Spring Look" bride.
We did shades of brown and champagne in the eyes and soft shimmery pink lips.
I didn't want to do too much because her wedding colors were so soft.
I'm so glad Todd Rafalovich was the photographer at this wedding because I now have this great photos to show off Melody's beauty.

Fall Romance...

Have you ever seen a more beautiful orange bouquet?
That's why I designed a very fresh makeup look for Corey; shades of brown and apricot to complement her wedding orange palette. For hair, Corey brought me a photo of a model wearing a round tiara around her hair... Corey looked everywhere for that hair piece with no luck, so I suggested she get a diamond necklace (choker style) and voila! She had the exact look she wanted! We wrapped the necklace around her half-up do. She looked amazing! I never settle for less than what the client wants. If something is not available, I will try to find an alternative.
Photos by Todd Rafalovich... Do I have to say anything? The photos speak for themselves!
