Destination Wedding in St. Helena

On a Thursday morning in St. Helena, Helena & Andrew came from Texas to tie the knot in front of their 10 invited guest. The ceremony was so special and intimate, I even felt part of the family! Helena didn't have a trial and I've never met her before but we were in constant communication to make sure we would create the perfect look for her wedding day. The look we designed is romantic & feminine, appropriate for a Napa wedding.

It was also my first time working with Ed & Monica Pingol; I was truly amazed by their unique style and their use of what I called "The magic stick" (a special mounted flash), the results were amazing in every shot. After the short ceremony and delicious luncheon at Press Restaurant, we headed to San Francisco for a long photo shoot. We hit several locations but my favorite is the steep Cliff we had to climb up in order to reach an old tree with exposed roots (as seen in the first picture)... We all had to help the bride climb the tree! As you can see in the picture, the result was amazing... worth the climb!
